I’ve mentioned this before but here’s the official post including some photographic proof. My work is featured in this month’s issue of the Dutch Advanced Photoshop magazine. This is very exciting for me because it’s the first magazine publication showcasing my digital art instead of my web designs. I’m really stoked about this and I want to thank the good people over at Advanced Photoshop for this amazing feature.
As a designer it’s always great to have your work featured, to me personally it gives my work more recognition and the extra exposure is just awesome. Hopefully my work also serves as inspiration to some of the readers. I’ve been published in Webdesigner magazine twice before and adding Advanced Photoshop to that list of publications feels good because it stimulates my choice in broadening my design disciplines.
I hope that I can add more magazine publications to the list about my digital art in the future, I’ll do my absolute best to make that happen. I’ve got some wicked personal goals related to this which I’m hoping to achieve, like writing up a tutorial or designing the cover piece for a magazine sometime. That would be amazing for so many reasons.
